Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Virtual Occupational Therapist to join our networkand remotely support a school district in Illinois. This is a full-time, 1099 contract position with the flexibility to work fully from home.
Responsibilities:
Provide virtual occupational therapy services to K-12 students with diverse needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with educators and parents.
Conduct assessments to evaluate students motor skills, sensory integration, and functional needs.
Utilize teletherapy tools and resources to deliver engaging, effective therapy sessions.
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and comply with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active Illinois OT license (PEL)
A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school setting (preferred).
Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technology.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a virtual work environment.
