Position Overview:
Job Type: Full-Time

Grade Levels: K-12th
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide direct and consultative therapy to support students' participation in school activities.
Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers to enhance student success.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP updates.
Qualifications:
Active California OT License (Required)
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
Strong understanding of IEP processes, assistive technology, and intervention strategies
Ability to adapt and personalize treatment approaches to meet diverse student needs
