*Travel Occupational Therapist or Local Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed for a Hospital-Based Outpatient Neuro Clinic. We are a Quality of Care Focused, not-for-profit, hospital-based Outpatient Neuro/ Orthopedic Clinic in Rockville, MD.*
* *Travel Rates: $2000-$2200 per week, Net take home. Paid Weekly.*
* *Local Contract rates: $53-$57 per hour*
* *First Day Health/Dental/Vision Benefits*
* *40 hours per week guaranteed*
* *$1200 con ed package *
*We treat an average of 8-10 patients per day. We offer one-hour evaluations and 60-minute follow-up appointments. Flexible schedules are available: 4/10, 4/9, and 5/8.*
*Requirements for the* *Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) Outpatient*
* Determine appropriate OT/Occupational Therapy patients, create an individualized treatment plan (long and short-term goals) and make adjustments as necessary
* Master's degree, or higher, in Occupational Therapy from an accredited occupational therapy program
Occupational Therapy license, or pending, in the state
* Current CPR Certificate
