ProCare Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our school district and provide therapy services to students across various grade levels.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and other related areas
Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs
Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to integrate therapy goals into the curriculum
Maintain documentation and progress reports for all students receiving services
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to develop and execute therapy plans independently
