We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with patients to help them regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
*Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
* Administer therapy techniques to help patients regain strength, flexibility, and mobility.
* Assist patients with daily living activities and recommend adaptive equipment to improve their quality of life.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve functionality and independence.
* Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

*Requirements:*
* Proven experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
* Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and modalities.

* Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Active Occupational Therapy license.
