School OT Qualifications:
OT License in AZ
School experience is a plus!
Ability to pass a background check
This is a W-2 contracted position!

Working at 4 school sites
Elementary and Middle Caseload
Approx 50 students
Job Duties: Providing services in schools for students according to their IEPs, preparing paperwork for IEPs, keeping services documented, attending IEP meetings, etc.
Hourly pay rate: $40+/hr
