School OT Qualifications:
OT License in IL
School experience is a plus!
Ability to pass a background check
This is a W-2 contracted position!

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:25am-3:25pm
K-8th grade caseload
35 students on caseload
Hourly pay rate: $45+/hr
