Assess and evaluate clients' abilities and needs to develop customized therapy goals.
Create and execute individualized treatment plans to help clients improve physical, cognitive, and emotional skills.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate clients, caregivers, and families on therapeutic techniques and provide resources for continued care.
Qualifications:
Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state license as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to obtain).
Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in [relevant setting, e.g., school, healthcare facility, private practice].
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
