*Job Description*
* Assist in providing occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
* Help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence in daily activities
* Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
* Follow and modify treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist
* Document patient sessions and maintain accurate records
* Supervise therapy technicians and support staff
* Engage with patients of all ages and backgrounds
* Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts

*Qualifications*
* Associate in Applied Science (AAS) Degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting
* Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Wyoming or ability to obtain
* Understanding of upper extremity, pediatric, and neurological treatments
* Strong communication and patient care skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
