We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong background in Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), and a passion for improving the lives of our patients.
*Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) responsibilities include:*
· Carrying out the best practices treatments under the supervision of the OT
· Provides treatment based on the specific goals of the OT
· Must give feedback to the supervising OT through documentation or other methods per facility policy
· Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation
· Work together with the team to provide personalized care
· Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
*Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Qualifications/Requirements:*
* *Must have* graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant college or university.
* *Must hold* a valid professional license and registration for the state of which practicing
* *Preferred *experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care
* *Preferred* well versed with documentation writing

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
