ProCare Therapy is seeking an energetic Occupational Therapist to join us for the 2024-2025 academic year. The district provides exceptional support for both staff and students. Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to determine students' abilities and limitations in various functional areas.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
Implement evidence-based interventions to improve students' abilities to perform daily activities and participate in school-related tasks.
Provide ongoing assessment and monitoring of students' progress toward goals.
Collaborate with other members of the school team, including teachers, administrators, and parents, to ensure students receive comprehensive and coordinated services.
Provide education and training to school staff on strategies to support students' occupational therapy goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state license in Washington
Experience working with school-aged children, including those with disabilities or special needs.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
